RMHC held its 19th Annual General Meeting on 28th February 2008 at the McDonald's Head Office in Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya to appoint its list of committee members.

The meeting also appointed Fadillah Yakin as Advisor, and also reappointed Mohamed Shah Kadir and Mazlan Abdullah as Advisors. Azmir Jaafar, Managing Director of McDonald's Malaysia and Stephen Chew, Vice President of McDonald’s Malaysia were also appointed as Advisors while Yap Seng Chong of audit firm Ernst & Young was reelected as the society's auditor.
